Shipping
- We aim to ship within 3–5 business days of your paid order.
- Standard shipping timing is set by the merchant (typically 3–7 business days within the US).
- Standard shipping is included in the final charge when available and still counts toward your selected budget cap. We do not offer expedited shipping during MVP.
- US shipping only during MVP. International shipping is on the roadmap.
- We pass along tracking when the merchant provides it.
Refunds
- Full refund if you cancel before we've placed the merchant order. Email us promptly and we'll catch it.
- After the merchant order is placed, refunds depend on the merchant's return policy. We'll always try to make it right.
- Damaged or lost in transit: forward the merchant's tracking emails and we'll coordinate a replacement or refund.
- Recipient just didn't love it: tell us. We'll work with the merchant's return window. Outside that window we may not be able to refund, but we'll log it for future picks.
