What we collect

• ●Your name and email — so we can send order updates and the delivery email showing what AI picked.
• ●The recipient's name, optional email, and shipping address — so the gift and Thoughtless Gift e-card can get to them.
• ●The recipient description you give us, the budget cap, and any allergies or hard no's — so AI can pick a gift and we can check the hard constraints.
• ●Payment information is collected by Stripe, not by us — we see only the payment status and the last four digits.

What we don't do

• ●We do not sell, rent, or trade your data.
• ●We do not share the recipient's address with anyone except the merchant who is shipping the gift.
• ●We only contact the recipient to send the Thoughtless Gift e-card and any recipient-facing delivery information.

How long we keep it

Order records are retained for as long as we need them for customer support, accounting, and legal compliance. You can request deletion of your personal data by emailing hello@thoughtlessgift.com — we'll honor the request unless we're required to keep records for tax or legal reasons.
